What's Included

Every rate above includes all of the following — no surprises on your monthly bill.

Weekly Linen Change

Bed sheets changed once per week. Towels changed twice per week.

Room Cleaning

Full cleaning of room, bathroom, furniture, and balcony twice per week by housekeeping staff.

Free Shuttle to MRT

Complimentary shuttle service to MRT Phra Ram 9. Advance booking required.

Pool & Fitness Access

Unlimited access to the rooftop pool and fully equipped fitness center.

Utilities (Within Limit)

Electricity and water included up to set limits per room type. Overage billed at cost (electricity 7 THB/unit · water 20 THB/unit).

TV & Refrigerator

In-room TV and refrigerator provided in every room.

Parking (1 Car / Room)

One parking space per room included for the duration of stay.

Long Stay FAQ

Common Questions

The minimum long stay period is 1 month. Longer commitments (4, 6, or 12 months) receive progressively lower monthly rates.

For stays of 1–5 months: 1 month's deposit + 1 month's rent upfront. For stays of 6 months or more: 2 months' deposit + 1 month's rent upfront. The deposit is fully refundable on checkout, subject to room condition.

Yes — all four room types (Superior Studio, Grand Studio, Oriental Deluxe, and Family Suite) are available for long stay, subject to availability. Contact us to check current availability.

The shuttle to MRT Phra Ram 9 is included in the With Services package. Advance booking is required — please inform the front desk before your trip.
