Before you arrive
Standard check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If your arrival time changes, contact the hotel before travelling so the front desk can give you the most useful current advice.

Settle in, then take a break on the fifth floor
After checking in, the fifth floor is an easy place to reset before going into the city. The swimming pool is open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and the fitness room is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Both are complimentary for registered guests.
These hours can change for maintenance or special circumstances, so check with the front desk if either facility is central to your plan.
Use the hotel shuttle for MRT Phra Ram 9
The complimentary shuttle runs every hour from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and drops guests at MRT Phra Ram 9. Reserve in advance with the front desk. The shuttle departs from the parking area on floor 2.
MRT Phra Ram 9 is on Bangkok's Blue Line, making it a useful starting point for Sukhumvit, Silom, Chatuchak and connections to other city transport.
A low-pressure first evening
For a relaxed first evening, stay close: enjoy the pool, find dinner around Soi Suthiporn or take the shuttle toward the Rama 9 area. Save the longer cross-city itinerary for the next morning, after you know the route from the hotel to the MRT.
