Early check-in: Standard check-in is 3:00 PM. We can usually accommodate check-in from around 2:00 PM at no charge, subject to room availability. Early check-in from 7:00 AM onwards is charged at half the standard nightly rate.
Late check-out: Standard check-out is 11:00 AM. Late check-out between 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM is charged at 300–600 THB depending on room type. Check-out after 3:00 PM up to 6:00 PM is charged at half the standard nightly rate.
Access to the pool, gym, and all indoor facilities requires a key card. Guests without an active room key will not be able to access these areas. We recommend timing your arrival and departure accordingly.
The rooftop swimming pool is open daily from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. The fitness center is open daily from 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Both are complimentary for all guests.
Smoking is permitted on the balconies of designated rooms on floors 9, 10, 11, and 18 only. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and common areas throughout the property.
Our complimentary shuttle to MRT Phra Ram 9 runs every hour from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. Advance reservation is required — please book at the front desk or contact us before your trip. The shuttle departs from the parking area on floor 2 of B.U. Place.
We are closest to MRT Phra Ram 9 (Rama 9 station). Our free shuttle runs there hourly. A taxi or motorcycle taxi from the hotel takes about 5–10 minutes.
